Our Neighborhood
Bothell is undergoing some big changes in the form of a $150 million dollar downtown revitalization project. The plan will capitalize on the historic charm of the City’s Main Street, bring new retail, offices and create five new residential neighborhoods right in the heart of Bothell.
The northwest’s very own McMenamins which operates brewpubs and hotels throughout the region, has recently signed an agreement to purchase 5.41 acres from the city to open a 70-room hotel including a restaurant, pub, movie theater, spa, community garden, pool and meeting space.
