Maintenance Director
Chateau Bothell Landing, a luxury retirement and assisted living community in downtown Bothell, seeks a full-time Maintenance Director. Join one of the most dedicated, loyal, fun, professional and supportive retirement leadership teams in the area.
We are seeking a candidate who can sustain a preventative maintenance program, coordinate special projects and supervise staff. Successful candidate should be self-motivated, organized, flexible, dedicated and possess a broad maintenance skills base. Play the leading role in maintaining the comfort, safety, cleanliness and upkeep of our residents’ home and be highly appreciated for your efforts.
Working knowledge of all building systems and related code requirements, including fire protection and security, structural, HVAC, electrical and plumbing are needed in this position. One year minimum previous experience is required. Problem solving abilities are needed as well. Benefits include a competitive salary, medical & dental, and bonus structure.
