EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Chateau Retirement Communities seeks Executive Director for Chateau Bothell Landing (CBL). Centrally located in downtown Bothell, CBL serves as the company’s newest and largest community with nearly 200 apartments and further room for campus expansion. CBL is a multi-care level community offering independent and assisted living services with planned secure memory care unit. Campus lease model ranges from premium, new Buy-In apartments to month-to-month rent.

Qualified applicants for Executive Director should have demonstrated leadership acumen, skills and ability to manage all aspects of operations for a community with over 50 employees, and room for growth. Experience in pre-lease ramp-up with experience positioned for further expansion is essential. Strong marketing acumen or previous direct marketing experience is ideal. Direct reports include departmental function heads for all aspects of hospitality and care, including marketing, culinary, assisted living, housekeeping, maintenance, activities, human resources, concierge and general administration.
While direct industry experience is helpful, it is not required. Qualified candidates may possess demonstrated success in hotel or hospitality administration, or other requisite upper level management experience. Demonstrated ability to help build, track and report-out on operating budgets is essential. Superb customer service and customer interface abilities required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
