Full Time LPN
A premier retirement community on the north end of Lake Washington seeks qualified LPN to work with our Assisted Living Director to provide optimum care to residents receiving services in our Assisted Living program. Escape the high-stress of hospital or healthcare nursing, while retaining the career challenge and personal satisfaction of improving seniors’ quality of life in an elegant, residential setting.
Qualified candidates will excel at providing medication administration and direct care to residents as well as providing oversight to caregivers on duty. Responsibilities also include, but are not limited to wound care, assisting with caregiver training, providing input for caregiver performance appraisals and counseling, providing input to director regarding specific resident needs and changes in condition. An empathetic and professional demeanor working with residents and family members is required. Previous assisted living industry experience preferred but not required.
