Community Relations Director

One of the Eastside’s newest, upscale retirement communities seeks qualified full time Community Relations Director to help lead marketing and lease-up effort. Responsibilities include cultivating leads and converting prospects to move-ins through extensive telephone and in-person communication, tours, outreach, database management and other duties.

Successful Community Relations Director candidate should have an Associates degree; an enthusiasm for and experience working with seniors; be open and willing to contribute fresh ideas to marketing effort. Bachelor’s degree and 2 years industry marketing experience preferred, although qualified candidates with outside industry marketing experience will be considered. Candidate should have good written, verbal and telephone communication skills, computer savvy, supervisory experience and database management experience. Training on company’s specific leads management database will be provided. Position is supported by fellow team-members, including second CRD, as well as corporate support from marketing and communications departments. Position answers to Executive Director.
